Our goal is to provide South African businesses with cost-effective,reliable, open source based, IP-PBX solutions that are covered by a warranty and on-going support. Not only do we plan to provide IP PBX's to address the traditional role of PBX's but also to build innovative and customised telecommunication solutions to our customers.

Service Level Agreements

We provide flexible service level agreements tailored to each customer unique needs. 24x7 support is available for those customers that require it and turn-around times are quaranteed. Should you be interested we can provide you with an SLA upon request.

SLA Process

All our IP PBX solutions come with a 2 year warranty and a 12 months maintenance agreement.
